Returns and Credits

Returns and credits are accepted by our customer service personnel for defective product within 14 days after the customer’s receipt of the shipment. Only defective merchandise will be accepted for credit or replacement. The decision of issuing a credit or replacement will be at the discretion of Top Threads Resortwear personnel. Our customer service department will provide instruction regarding return of merchandise.

Top Threads Resortwear cannot be responsible for garments that have been laundered incorrectly. Washing instructions are provided on the care and content labels of each garment. Following the care instructions will maintain the integrity of the garment.
